To ensure publication of a paper in the proceedings, at least one author has to register by paying a normal registration fee as indicated below within deadline. For further details about the registration process please go through the conference website.

1. General
By registering for and/or attending the ICIDA 2025, participants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all conference-related events, whether held physically or virtually.
2. Registration and Payment
i) All participants must register via the official conference website.
ii) At least one author from each paper must register.
ii) Payment must be completed prior to attending. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
No refunds can be provided on the registration fee on cancellation. Once submitted, papers cannot be withdrawn.
4. Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify the program, speakers, or schedule due to circumstances beyond control. Any such changes will be communicated to the participants.
5. Code of Conduct
i) All participants must behave professionally and respectfully.
ii) Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
i) Presentations and materials shared during the conference remain the intellectual property of their respective authors.
ii) Participants may not record, copy, or distribute any materials without explicit permission.
7. Liability
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
